In the summer of 2026 we be traveling to Italy and France for the experience of a lifetime with Global Sports Experiences.  Our men's and women's team will be traveling to some of the most incredible destinations on earth.  We will get to experience on and off field events in cities like Rome, Florence, Venice, Lake Como, Milan, Monte Carlo and the rest of the French Riviera.  Our teams will get to play against local competition then get to sample all that the culture has to offer.  

We will have our own luxury motor coach to transport us from location to location and will stay in top class accommodation with local and bilingual guides supporting us every day.  Our accommodation will include breakfast and evening meal* with lots of free time for you to sightsee and grab lunch on your own. Our 12 night stay will include $ stars standard hotels in Rome (x 2 nights), Montecatini area (x 2 nights), Mestre area (x 2 nights), Como area (x 3 nights) and the French Riviera (Nizza or Antibes or Cannes) where we will be staying in select 3 stars hotel (x 3 nights).

Included in this experience will be guided visits and tours of some of the most famous locations and truly think this will represent the trip of a lifetime.

At Global Sports Experiences we offer international sports experiences wherever a ball is kicked. Their unique sports trips combine competitive play with a deep immersion into the local culture.

We have managed to secure 20 group flights departing from Nashville to Rome and also 20 group flights from McGhee Tyson to Rome.  We have to confirm these by no later than February 2oth and you can register for this option by going into your registration and checking the add on options.  

We will provide these seats on a first come first served basis.  All flights include a checked bag and carry on luggage and costs $1,399 per person.  The group flight provides you with the opportunity to break the payment into a $199 deposit due by February 20th then $600 on March 15th and $600 on May 15th. 

If you are electing to book your own flight we need you to arrive in Rome no later than 11.00am on Thursday July 23rd.

• $199 deposit needed by February 20th to hold seat.

• March 8th last option to cancel seat or lose $199 deposit

• March 15th 2nd payment due of $600.

• May 15th names as on passport and TSA information required and final payment of $600.

• Any seats cancelled after May 15th will be penalized by full fare.

• We must maintain at least 10 passengers on each group flight otherwise space and rate may no longer be valid and deposit is lost.

 DAY 1 – Wednesday, July 22nd 2026 

Departure from your closest International Airport to arrive the following day.

DAY 2 – Thursday, July 23rd 2026 – Rome Area Hotel 

Arrival into Rome Fiumicino Intl. airport and meet your bilingual staff. After collecting your luggage you will be transferred to Rome downtown and lunch on your own. 

In the afternoon enjoy a guided visit of the “Eternal City” including the admission and visit of the Coliseum. 

Final transfer to your selected hotel Rome area, check-in then dinner and overnight.  

DAY 3 –Friday, July 24th 2026 – Rome Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then in the morning enjoy a guided visit of San Peter’s Basilica.

Lunch on your own and afternoon at leisure for free time in Rome. 

Evening  friendly game #1 for women’s team including a pre or post game dinner for all the group by the sport center restaurant. After dinner transfer to the hotel, for dinner and overnight 

DAY 4 – Saturday, July 25th 2026 – Montecatini Area Hotel 

Breakfast at the hotel then check-out and depart to Florence (about 4hrs by bus) and on arrival lunch on your own. 

In the afternoon enjoy a guided visit of the city then free time. 

Dinner on your own in Florence this evening then transfer to your selected hotel in Montecatini area, for check-in, and overnight.

DAY 5 – Sunday, July 26th 2026 – Montecatini Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to ‘Cinque Terra’ (Five Lands) with first stop at La Spezia. Take the train through the fishing villages of Five Lands along the incredible coast line.

Lunch on your own with free time then back to your bus and leave to Montecatini area or Lucca.

Play first friendly game for men followed by dinner for all the group by a local restaurant or sport center restaurant.Final return back to the hotel for all teams and travelers and overnight at the hotel in Montecatini

DAY 6 – Monday, July 27th 2026 – Mestre Area Hotel 

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out with early departure to Venice (about 3 hrs by bus) and on the way stop in Verona for a guided visit.

Lunch on your own and chance to explore the city with Juliet’s balcony and the incredible ampitheater. 

Later in the afternoon transfer to your selected hotel in Mestre, for check-in, dinner and overnight.

DAY 7 – Tuesday, July 28th 2026 – Mestre Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Tronchetto first and private transfer to St Mark’s Square in Venice followed by a guided tour of the city. 

Free time to explore the city. 

Dinner on your own in Venice followed by final transfer to your hotel in Mestre. 

DAY 8 – Wednesday, July 29th 2026 – Como Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel and check-out to departure to Franciacorta for a food and wine tasting at around 11.30 am / 12.00 pm, followed by lunch.

At around 2.00 pm departure to Milan/Como area which will take 2 to 2.5 hours by bus

Upon arriving play friendly games # 2 for both teams with pre or post game dinner included. Then transfer to your next hotel in Como area, check-in and overnight.

DAY 9 – Thursday, July 30th 2026 – Como Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then enjoy a beautiful boat cruise on Lake Como, to explore the magnificent landscapes around the city.

Lunch on your own and free time.

In the late afternoon play friendly games #3 for both teams and transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight.

DAY 10 – Friday, July 31st 2026 – Como Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Milan or Como or Bergamo area for 2 hours professional session training with pro clubs such as Como 1097 or AC Milan Academy or Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio for both men and women. 

After we will transfer to Milan city center to enjoy a guided visit of the heart of Milan.· Free time then transfer to hotel for dinner and overnight. 

DAY 11 – Saturday, August 1st 2026 – Nizza or Antibes or Cannes Area Hotel 

Breakfast at the hotel then check out and transfer to Nizza in French Riviera which takes about 4 hrs. 

On your way to French Riviera, after about 3 hrs driving, stop in Alassio for a lunch on your own and time to relax. Alassio is a famous and popular seaside tourist destination, known for its low, sandy beach which extends in a wide curve from the rocks of Capo di Santa Croce to Capo Mele. The most famous attraction in Alassio is the colorful “Muretto”. 

At around 4 pm, final transfer to Nizza or Antibes or Cannes to reach your selected hotel, check-in, dinner at the hotel or local restaurant and overnight.

DAY 12 – Sunday, August 2nd 2026 – Nizza or Antibes or Cannes Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel followed by a guided visit of Nizza in the morning. 

Lunch on your own and in the afternoon free time to enjoy the city (or to visit Cannes and its local sandy beaches). Located between the sea and the mountains, the economic and cultural capital of the Côte d'Azur, Nice is an important tourist, commercial and administrative centre.You can enjoy the "Promenade des Anglais", an ideal place for walking, jogging and relaxing by the sea. But Nice is not just a social and seaside resort. The old city, the port, the churches, the museums and the hills all around give back the image of a city with a thousand-year history, proudly aware of its uniqueness in the French and European panorama.

Dinner on your own then final transfer to hotel and overnight.

DAY 13 – Monday, August 3rd 2026 – Nizza or Antibes or Cannes Area Hotel

Breakfast at the hotel then transfer to Montecarlo which takes about half an hour, for a guided walking tour.

Lunch on own then free time to enjoy the city. 

Optional and not included: visit to the Musée Océanographique de Monaco

Final transfer to hotel, dinner and overnight.

DAY 14 – Tuesday, August 4th 2026

Box or regular breakfast and hotel check out then depart to Nice international airport in time to take your flight back home. End of services.
