In April 2026 we be traveling to England for the experience of a lifetime.  We will be heading to the home of 'football' with our teams, supporters and coaching staff for a week of on field and off field events with games against local teams, training sessions and of course the chance to experience this incredible country with lots of sightseeing and off field events.

Our plan is to take a combined team of 2013 and 2014 boys to compete against some of the top teams in England whilst taking in all the sights and sounds of this great soccer nation.

As part of this experience we will travel and stay in the Northwest of England which is the home to Liverpool and both Manchester United and City.  Our experience includes behind the scenes tours of iconic stadiums, watching a live game, and taking in landmarks such as Conway castle and Chester.

HOTELS AND TRANSPORTATION  

• Accommodation: Players and their supporters will stay in top rated city center hotels.  Accommodation will be double rooms but we can provide triple options.  We will defer to the organization on room mate options but during the registration process we will collect preferences. Please note we can not guarantee adjoining rooms but will make recommendations and requests to the hotel locations. 

• Transportation: We will provide transportation for all activities listed in the schedule.  For airport arrivals and departures we will provide transportation based on the group flight times or the most convenient time for the majority of the group.  

• Food: Breakfast is provided as part of the tour cost and will be at your hotel.   You will have free time to explore lunch with dinner included with options at the hotel or local restaurants and bistros.  

• Dietary Accommodations: Participants with dietary restrictions will find meals tailored to their needs available during the trip. Closer to the departure date, we will collect information regarding any allergies or dietary preferences to ensure everyone's needs are met.

HOW FLEXIBLE IS THE SCHEDULE? 

• Please note that the schedule can and probably will change based on time of your games, weather and other unforeseen circumstances.  However, everything we state will happen in your schedule will take place but the order may change.  

• This is your trip and our role is to facilitate the best possible experience.  We will continue to discuss the schedule with your organization and make suggestions on options that could be added.  Parents and supporters always have the option for their own sightseeing and we will make sure there is enough FREE time for your group to plan your own events.

TRAVEL QUESTIONS 

• Flight Options: GSE will offer a group flight option though our travel partner.  Group flights usually require a minimum number of people and will be limited to one departure date and one return date only. We will make this available for sign up by the group buy you also have the option of booking your own flight.  If you book your own flight then you will be responsible for coordinating your meet up with the group.    

• Solo Travel: Yes, children can travel alone under the guidance and supervision of our experienced staff, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

• Passport Requirements: A valid passport is essential for travel. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the departure date from the originating country

• Travel Protection Plan: GSE offers a comprehensive travel protection plan that covers a range of benefits including medical and dental treatment abroad, cancellation due to injury, sickness, or death of a family member, passport and visa protection, flight cancellation, loss of luggage and personal effects, and cancellation due to terrorist acts (as defined). • Packing Essentials: Prepare for your adventure by packing essentials such as team uniforms (details provided by your coach), passport, cleats, sneakers, sandals, shin guards, refillable water bottle, backpack, casual clothing suitable for the weather in Rome (63-49°F), toiletries, power adapter for Italy, and any other personal items you may need.

• Cash Recommendations: While credit cards and ApplePay are widely accepted, it's advisable to carry some cash for added convenience during your travels.

• Language and Cultural Assistance: A GSE representative will be available 24/7 during the trip offering assistance for all travelers, specially to those that may not speak the language or are unfamiliar with the local culture. 

• Phone Plans:  Contact your phone provider to see if they offer an International plan whilst traveling abroad.  Most carriers charge around $12 a day for you to have your same coverage overseas. 

• Credit Cards and ATM: Contact your bank and credit card company to let them know your travel dates.  You can usually do this over the phone using the 800 number and entering your dates.  Check with your bank that when using your card you are not charged any additional international fees. 

• Extra Activities: There may be additional activities, at extra cost, offered to the group during your experience. 

REGISTRATION QUESTIONS 

• Installment Payments: GSE provides the convenience of paying via installment to ensure flexibility and ease of payment for our travelers.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your participation, you should connect with GSE immediately via email or phone call. Certain fees will apply depending on your cancellation case, and will be calculated as of the date GSE receives written notice of cancellation.

Cancellation Fee Schedule:

• Minimum fee is $250 per person.

• 120 to 91 days before departure is 50% of the trip price.

• 90 to 46 days before departure is 75% of the trip price.

• 45 to 0 days prior to departure is 100% of the trip price.

Full reimbursement, minus minimum fee, will be applied in the case of:

• Travelers cannot travel because of a valid medical reason (e.g. illness, season ending injury).

• Traveler can be reimbursed fully outside conditions above, if full-paying replacement for the trip is found.
