Day 1 – ARRIVAL + WELCOME RECEPTION:

• Arrival at Cardiff Airport: Guests are welcomed at the airport by a dedicated representative from GSE and escorted to their four star accommodations.
• Explore Cardiff/ Hotel Check-In: Guests will have the opportunity to explore Cardiff before making their way to 4 star accommodations in Swansea.
• Welcome Reception: A meet-and-greet cocktail event will kick off the trip with an introduction to the itinerary. This event will include the chance to socialize with special guests from the club.

Day 2 – SWANSEA CITY CULTURE + HISTORY TOUR:

• Morning: Breakfast at the hotel followed by an exclusive tour of Swansea.com Stadium, Swansea City’s legendary home ground. Fans will receive behind-the-scenes access to the locker rooms, media areas, trophy room, and VIP sections.
• Afternoon: Lunch at the Swansea.com Stadium restaurant where fans can enjoy a special meal, sharing stories about the club's rich footballing culture.
• Evening: Free time to explore Swansea, where guests will be encouraged to discover local landmarks and picturesque streets. Guests may opt for attending the Swansea City Women's First Team Match or U23's Match in the evening.

Day 3 – MATCH DAY AT SWANSEA.COM STADIUM:

• Morning: Fans will enjoy breakfast at the hotel before being transferred to Swansea.com Stadium for the match day experience.
• Match Day Experience: Fans will have exclusive access to a VIP match day package, including premium seating, a pre-match hospitality experience, and an opportunity to meet club legends or key figures within the club.
• Post-Match Meet & Greet: After the match, fans will have a chance to meet some of the players (subject to availability), pose for photos, and get autographs, completing the ultimate Swansea City AFC match day experience.

Day 4 – DYLAN THOMAS + GOWER PENINSULA TOUR:

• Morning: Begin the day with a guided walking tour of Swansea, visiting key locations tied to Dylan Thomas, including his childhood home, the iconic Uplands area, and other places that inspired his poetry. 
• Afternoon: Enjoy a scenic drive to the Gower Peninsula, where you’ll explore the stunning coastline, sandy beaches, and picturesque villages. Highlights include stops at Worms Head and Rhossili Bay, offering breathtaking views of natural beauty that influenced Dylan Thomas.
• Evening: End the day with a relaxed dinner at a local restaurant overlooking the sea, serving delicious Welsh cuisine. 

Day 5 – FAREWELL BREAKFAST + DEPARTURE:

• Morning: A final breakfast with a reflective wrap-up of the experience, sharing highlights and future opportunities to follow Swansea City AFC from abroad.
• Free Time: Final moments to explore Swansea at leisure or visit any remaining local landmarks.
• Departure: Transfer to Cardiff Airport for the flight back to the U.S
